Efficient, hygienically perfect pasteurisation with an HTP function

The ice cream machine comes with an HTP function for pasteurisation/heat treatment. The function guarantees a hygienically impeccable handling of the ice cream mixture as well as all the parts in contact with the ice cream. 

Heating the ice cream mixture to +65°C for 30 minutes and then rapidly cooling it to storage temperature extends the ice cream’s shelf life and eliminates potentially harmful micro-organisms. 

4D Remote Control lets you control your ice cream machine remotely

With the BC 151 HTP-A you get a state-of-the-art soft serve ice cream machine that includes the brilliant 4D Remote Control System. With this feature, you can easily and quickly access the machine whether you are nearby or not. You can access the machine via your computer, tablet or smartphone. 

The 4D Remote Control System therefore also makes it easier for technicians to access the machine even when they are not nearby. That allows your ice cream machine to be serviced quickly if problems arise on a hot summer’s day.
