The Danish refrigeration giant Vibocold has officially appointed Helle Skaarup Larsen as the company’s new CEO – a familiar face returning to familiar grounds, as she previously spent 11 years with Vibocold.
One of Denmark’s leading full-service suppliers of refrigeration equipment, Vibocold introduced its new CEO on Thursday. And it’s not just any newcomer – Helle is well-acquainted with the company, having served as Sales Director from 2006 to 2017.
Most recently, she held the position of CEO at the Odense-based company Super-Køl. Now, she’s looking forward to returning to the organisation where she spent a significant part of her professional journey.
“Helle brings a fresh perspective to the company and a clear vision to solidify Vibocold’s position at the forefront of the industry. She also brings a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge, especially when it comes to customers and suppliers,” says Chairman of the Board Bruno Simonsen.
One of Helle’s key priorities will be to put collaboration with partners at the centre – and to ensure a motivated and happy workforce.
“To me, customers, suppliers, and employees are all essential to the success of the company. But it’s our employees who are the true heartbeat of Vibocold – they make things happen. They need to feel happy coming to work and feel they’re contributing to our customers’ success and strong partnerships. That’s something I’m really looking forward to getting started on,” says Vibocold’s new CEO.
