If you are looking for an elegant, uncomplicated confectionery service counter, then the OSC 100S HC S would be a great choice. The large, straight front glass provides an ideal view of your options, and the glass can, of course, be tilted for easy and convenient counter cleaning. 
 
The service counter cools down to between 15-18 degrees and is therefore perfect for confectionery. It comes with electronic control, humidity regulation and ventilated cooling.
