Hygienic and durable stainless steel construction

This cooler is designed with easy cleaning and long service life in mind. The interior cabinet is made of stainless steel with rounded corners and a recessed base, preventing dirt from accumulating in edges and joints. Externally, the unit is also finished in stainless steel, while the rear is made of galvanised steel sheet – a practical solution for placement in busy kitchen environments.

GN 2/1 flexibility and smart door function

The cabinet is GN 2/1 compatible, making it ideal for restaurants, canteens and commercial kitchens where standard dimensions ensure more efficient workflows. The shelves are GN 2/1 wire shelves made of plastic-coated steel wire and can be adjusted easily to suit different containers and products. The door is reversible and self-closing with a magnetic seal, and it remains open when opened more than 90°.

Stable cooling, reduced waste and added safety

The ventilated cooling system with forced air circulation ensures an even temperature throughout the cabinet. When the door is opened, the fan stops, helping to limit unnecessary cold loss. The digital temperature control supports stable operation with optimised defrosting and provides added security through alarms, including an open-door alarm.
