Here on this page, you'll find a large floor-standing soft ice cream machine with three taps and the ability to offer two different flavors. It can produce up to 58 kg of soft ice cream per hour, ensuring that you can keep up with demand even on the hottest days.

MV 255 HTP-W features a pump system and is water-cooled. However, in our range, you can also find an identical model that is air-cooled.

This machine maintains top-notch hygiene

MV 255 HTP-W comes with the built-in HTP pasteurization system, making it easy for you to maintain excellent hygiene while working with ice cream.

The pasteurization process involves heating the soft ice cream mixture and all parts that come into contact with the ice cream to 65 degrees Celsius. This temperature is maintained for 30 minutes, after which it is quickly lowered to four degrees Celsius, which is a suitable storage temperature for the ice cream mixture.

Heating minimizes the risk of bacterial formation in the ice cream. At the same time, it extends the shelf life of the soft ice cream, reducing waste.

With 4D Remote Control System

The large floor-standing soft ice cream machine features the smart and innovative 4D Remote Control System. It allows you to access the machine remotely using a computer, tablet, or other device, ensuring that everything is in order even when you're not near the machine.

Technicians can also access the machine through this smart control system, ensuring that the machine quickly resumes normal operation. Therefore, the system effectively minimizes your downtime.
